The Heywinkel Group is commited to the „Global Sullivan Principles of Corporate Social Responsibility". This code of conduct for companies is based on the following principles:

• Integration of persons with disablities
• Rejection of any form of forced labour and child labour
• Freedom of association and assembly for the employees
• Adequate and air remuneration for the employees
• Recognition and support of training measures
• Guarantee of health and safety conditions at work
• Guarantee of environmental protection at work
• Promotion of fair competition and protection of property rights
• Cooperation with countered and local communities to improve the quality of life
• Rejection of gifts that may result in a conflict of interests
Involving suppliers in the implementation of these principles.
