We process fleece moulds and polyurethane, use techniques such as vacuum laminating, thermal moulding and press laminating and offer precision and safety from beginning to end due to efficient pre-treatment, inserting, trimming and final module assembly.

For us, quality assurance comes first. According to the standard ISO/TS 16949 we work to the special requirements of the quality management systems of the automotive industry.

Furthermore, external test laboratories make sure, that the best laboratory equipment is used and in the sectors of occupational safety and environment we convince the testing authorities that confirm our compliance with the standards OHSAS 18001 and DIN EN ISO 14001.

Cost- and process-optimised implementation of supply concepts and delivery frequencies as well as exact implementation of new concepts according to customer requirements make us a specialist also in the field of logistics. This includes detailed planning for optimal packing solutions as well as an absolutely economical container management.
